Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract)

CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™, a specialized cloud provider delivering GPU compute for AI and machine learning. The Talent Acquisition team partners with hiring managers, HR leadership, and candidates to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract), you will own end-to-end coordination and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, manage job postings and requisition creation in Greenhouse, maintain accurate candidate and requisition data across systems, serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, and partner with recruiters and HR leadership on ad hoc talent acquisition projects.

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a closely related function; proven experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple teams and time zones; proficient with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack; exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and dependable; strong communicator; comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.

This is a contract position with an hourly rate of $40. Benefits, if applicable, will be provided through the contracting agency.
