About the Role

Technical Consultants are on the frontlines establishing partnerships with Ramp customers, acting as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams. This role is specifically focused on Strategic Enterprise customers running Oracle Fusion Cloud, supporting large, complex organizations with multi-entity environments, advanced ERP integrations, and highly customized financial workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Strategic Enterprise accounts running Oracle Cloud, supporting complex, high-impact customers with multi-entity, multi-ERP, and global financial environments
  • Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp's internal teams, guiding Oracle Cloud integration, configuration, and system design
  • Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving Oracle Cloud, HRIS, and API integrations
  • Participate in technical discovery to understand customer Oracle Cloud environments and workflows, recommending best-fit Ramp architecture including when and how to use Ramp's API
  • Troubleshoot Oracle Cloud integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions
  • Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling Oracle Cloud customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering teams

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
  • 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models
  • Deep familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-org structures
  • Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture, and ability to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and exceptional organization and problem-solving skills

Compensation

OTE $191K – $291K USD, offers equity, multiple ranges. SF/NY: OTE $212K – $291K (75/25 split). Nationwide: OTE $191K – $262K (75/25 split).
