Honeycomb is a service for the near and present future, defining observability and raising expectations of what developer tools can do! We are a fully distributed company, and this role is remote in the United States.

As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of accounts, drive value and outcomes with technical sponsors, and develop and scale customer lifecycle events. You will create reusable content, represent the customer in internal meetings, and partner with the team to grow the business.

Responsibilities include: owning post-sales relationships, driving adoption, developing and automating lifecycle events, creating content, representing customer voice, and staying current on Honeycomb technologies.

Qualifications: 3+ years of SaaS or Enterprise software experience, preferably in Developer Tools; previous Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Sales, or Customer Services experience; strong organizational skills; deep process orientation; love of data analytics; working knowledge of enterprise software subscription lifecycle; excellent technical communication.

Nice to haves: familiarity with AI tooling (e.g., Claude), working knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools (e.g., Mode Analytics), experience with SaaS monitoring.

Compensation: OTE $116,500—$137,000 USD (base + commission).
