About the role

The Strategic Sourcing Manager owns category strategy, supplier selection, and commercial execution for critical data center infrastructure and services. This role is responsible for translating capital plans and demand signals into executable sourcing strategies that balance cost, risk, capacity, and speed. You will lead competitive sourcing events, manage supplier performance, and partner cross-functionally to ensure CoreWeave secures the right partners to meet aggressive growth timelines. The role may include mentoring or managing team members as the organization scales.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations, or Construction Management
7–10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or project delivery
Direct experience sourcing critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure or related services
Demonstrated experience leading sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and supplier management
Proven ability to develop long-range category strategies and manage complex stakeholder requirements
Experience working in data center, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure environments
Valid drivers licence and ability to travel up to ~30% to sites, suppliers, and industry events
Authorization to work without current or future sponsorship requirements

Preferred

Experience supporting hyperscale or AI-focused data center deployments Familiarity with ERP systems and digital procurement workflows Experience operating in global or multi-region supply chains
